About Malone Development
The founder and principal of Malone Development is Shayne Malone. He is originally from Grand Rapids and has played an important role in the development of the city and neighborhoods. Most of the projects have a focus on enhancing urbanism and walkability and appeal to those looking for a mixed-use environment.
Shayne has worked locally and internationally over the past ten years in Panama, Costa Rica, and throughout the U.S. He is passionate about the work of creating urban spaces and enhancing the historic nature of built environments. Shayne brings his extensive finance background to the analysis of all potential projects and his design expertise to the implementation of each project.
